Several weeks ago 9 of us from Foothills Church (where I serve as a Pastor) got away for 4 days to attend the Together for the Gospel conference in Louisville, Kentucky. It was refreshing and rejuvenating. To be transparent, I needed some time away. I don’t think it’s a good mindset to “live for the weekend” but I was greatly anticipating the time with these brothers. Here’s a pic of the guys that went (Craig Anderson, David Gantenbein, Brian McCoy, Gary Plooster, Josh Allen Jonathan Tso, Kevin Allen and Greg Alaestante).

God has created us as social creatures. Therefore, friendships, close ones I might add, are a crucial part of living the Christian life. To that end, I’m humbled and thankful for these guys who spur me on in my faith. Looking forward to Together for the Gospel in 2018! Come join us!
