As someone who is intimately interested in becoming a better teacher in all areas and roles in my life (as a husband, father, pastor, friend, etc.) I am always receptive in reading anything or listening to anyone who I might benefit from.  That being said, here is an article that Dr. Mohler of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary brought my attention to that is certainly relevant, has some poignant application and many transferable principles to those who teach (lead) in the church.
